Achieve Energy Efficiency with Aerobarrier
By making buildings airtight, Aerobarrier presents an affordable solution to improving energy efficiency both for new constructions and retrofits
Aerobarrier makes your home more energy efficient and comfortable by minimizing air leakage. By reducing the ways in which cold air can enter and heat can exit, Aerobarrier saves you money in the long term by reducing the energy required to heat and ventilate your home. Installation is rapid and easy, with guaranteed results. By improving the energy efficiency of the building, Aerobarrier helps your home achieve energy code compliance.
Air sealing with Aerobarrier works by blowing an aerosol sealant into your home, blocking any air leaks. One of our technicians will transport the equipment to your home and perform a blower door test first to measure the baseline air-tightness of your home. We then seal any ventilation points with plastic adhesives. The building is then pressurized with a pump and blower door, and the sealant is distributed around the space as an aerosol. The results are monitored in real-time by computer until the process is complete, and the protective adhesives are removed. The final result: an airtight, energy efficient home.
